Starting now and until September 30th, bring in your gently used winter clothing to your class-assigned bins in the office, because this is a competition! The winning class will receive pizza provided by the PAC Club. Underclassmen (1st and 2nd years) versus Upperclassmen (3rd and 4th years): who will come out on top? Here is how it works...
Coats: 20 points
Jeans: 15 points
Shirts and sweatpants: 10 points
(Any article of clothing donated with obscene/offensive graphics or words will result in a loss of ten points to the bin it was put into.)

True North Community Action: On Thursday, September 10, immigrant families, faith and community leaders, educators, and local law enforcement will come together to talk about how we can better protect and support families in Humboldt County. Community members will share their experiences and what we have learned through our research, and local leaders will be asked to make concrete commitments to strengthen protections for all families.
This is an important opportunity for our community to come together. If you’re able to attend, please join us. Your presence matters.

What do you do as a lunch supervisor? To summarize, you will need to check in and out with specific staff members, make sure the Lakeview Room and outside table areas are clean of trash, clean and wipe down the microwaves and tables before Tier begins, notify a nearby staff member or the office if there is any kind of disruption or emergency, and most importantly- show up for your shift. If you have questions or would like to sign up, please email Ms. Brewer (abrewer@fuhsdistrict.net) and she will send you more details about the Lunch Supervisor Responsibilities as well as a sign up sheet. Thank you!
