Get ready to kick off the school year… Join us this Friday, September 4th, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Fortuna Skating Rink for our annual Back to School Bash!
This event is a dance party, not a skate party, so leave your skates at home and get ready to hit the dance floor.
Show your spirit and represent your grade by dressing head-to-toe in your class colors:
1st Years: Pink 💗
2nd Years: Yellow 💛
3rd Years: Blue 💙
4th Years: Green 💚
Go all out and make your outfit pop! Go wild with costume jewelry, boas, crazy hats, sunglasses, and any other colorful accessories you can find.
See you on Friday!
OFFICE TA’s: Are you a reliable, responsible, organized student who would like to help in the office? Gina is looking for Office TA’s. You will run errands around campus and organize office materials, along with other tasks. You will need A’s and B’s in your classes, good attendance, and to be on your TOES at all times. Currently, MW1 & MW2 are available. 4th years in Tier 3 who need community service can help out during TTH8. Please email Gina (rsalmon@fuhsdistrict.net) if you are interested.
AR STUDENT TUTORS:
If you were an AR student tutor last year or want to become a student tutor, please email Ms. Brewer (abrewer@fuhsdistrict.net). She will be collecting information and updating the webpage by the end of the month. Thank you for supporting each other and our community.
LUNCH SUPERVISORS:
Attention 2nd/3rd/4th Years: We need your help!!! Are you interested in being a Lunch Supervisor this year? It’s an easy way to give back to the community and earn community service time. What do you do as a lunch supervisor? To summarize, you will need to check in and out with specific staff members, make sure the Lakeview Room and outside table areas are clean of trash, clean and wipe down the microwaves and tables before Tier begins, notify a nearby staff member or the office if there is any kind of disruption or emergency, and most importantly- show up for your shift. If you have questions or would like to sign up, please email Ms. Brewer (abrewer@fuhsdistrict.net) and she will send you more details about the Lunch Supervisor Responsibilities as well as a sign up sheet. Thank you!
