Are You Interested In Returning To On-Campus Learning? We would like to encourage all students, especially those who are struggling academically, to return to on-campus learning. Breakfast and lunch are available free to all students daily.  If you would like to arrange one or more on-campus learning days per week, please email Academic Counselor, Brooke Martin at bmartin@fuhsdistrict.net. We continue to require morning health screenings, mask-wearing, and regular hand washing/sanitizing. With our physical distancing requirements, we can accommodate all students for two days per week with some exceptions. FUHSD - Distance Learning Only through February 5th

AR will be moving to Distance Only Learning from Friday, 1/29 through Friday, 2/5, with no students on campus. While there are no known positive cases on the AR campus, our district is experiencing a staffing shortage due to the number of staff required to quarantine based on exposures at the Fortuna High School Site. 

 

All classes will meet virtually at their regularly scheduled time. Hybrid instruction (which will include on-campus learning) will resume on Monday, February 8th when students are invited to return to their regularly scheduled on-campus learning days. 

 

Food Service will continue. Meals will be delivered at FUHS outlying bus stops. Bus drivers will leave for their routes at 9 AM Friday, January 29th and Monday, February 1st. Students who live in Fortuna will be able to pick up meals from the Fortuna High School cafeteria between 11am-11:30am. AR Families who would like to request a 5 day meal box to be picked up on the Academy of the Redwoods campus should respond to the meal survey sent out on January 28th via email.
